Review and Ratify Minutes from November 17, 2020 Meeting:
- Minutes ratified by Barbie Smith 1st, Emily Weston 2nd, all in favor
Reviewed and Ratify Trustland Plan for 2021-2022
- 2020-2021 Budget $69,092
- 2021-2022 Budget $60,747
- Goal 65% students will show typical or above typical growth through pathways to progress.
- Technology (one-to-one)
- Mental health specialist (at Midland every Friday)
- Imagine Learning with a grant through the state
- Professional development for teachers
- 2nd goal: Grades 3-6th Student RISE math proficiency will increase by 5%.
- Paraprofessionals
- Aleks/Imagine math programs
- PLC teachers
- Technology
- Professional development
- Discussed budget
- Both goals have the following:
- Technology and Fine Arts
- Imagine Learning, Reading Horizons, Imagine Math, ALEKS
- PLC time for teachers to review data
- Aides salaries to support teachers
- Technology and Fine Arts
- Plan ratified by Tracy Sutton, 2nd by Barbie Smith, all in favor and support of the budget plan for 2021-2022.

- Submitting plan on March 8, 2021
