What: MyConnect is an "opt-in" notification system. Student/Parents can subscribe to receive text and e-mail notifications from the school, grade, or teacher.

When: MyConnect is used for normal school, grade, or teacher notifications (examples: remember early-out tomorrow, 2nd grade field-trip tomorrow, science fair projects are due next Wednesday).
Q: Am I required to subscribe?
A: You are not required to subscribe to MyConnect. This is an optional form of communication.
Q: Can reply (in text or email) to the sender of the message?
A: MyConnect is a one-way communication system. You CANNOT reply using MyConnect. To reply you should contact the sender using some other form of communication.
Q: Is MyConnect used to send emergency notifications?
A: MyConnect is not the primary emergency notification system of the Weber School District. To learn more about the emergency notification system used in the Weber School District, please go to: http://wsd.net/parents-students/notifications/emergency-notifications
