Midland Preschool has four teachers, four classroom aides, and a speech language pathologist and speech language technician on staff. We have an occupational therapist and physical therapist who work with our students as well. Every day there are twelve sessions of preschool. It is designed to meet the needs of children who demonstrate significant delays in two or more areas in development. A majority of our preschool students have been tested through the district early intervention program and are found to be eligible for the program.

We have a few students who come to our preschool as peer models and qualify to participate without paying tuition by living in the boundaries of neighboring Title 1 schools such as North Park and Valley View.

Children must be age 3 to age 5 during the school year and live in the Title 1 boundaries and be able to provide proof of address, immunization's and birth certificate to be eligible. Children in the Title 1 program must also provide transportation to and from school and will be assigned to sessions based on available space. If you are interested in these programs please contact us.

Parents who may be concerned about their child's development may contact Dana Smith at 801-476-5460 to have them tested.
